Who are we?
We are the Philadelphia Organizing Committee of Team Jamaica Bickle, formed by Blane F. Stoddart. Our organization serves as a host for the visiting athletes participating in the annual Penn Relays.
What do we do?
During Penn Relays week, we coordinate volunteers to assist with activities, including providing hospitality services at the TJB Carnival tent, partnering with local restaurants to provide meals, and providing transportation between the hotel and event.
How can I get involved?
If you want to help out, consider becoming a volunteer. Volunteers are important to the success of our organization. Without them, we would not be able to provide outstanding service to our athletes year after year.

Please see the “Save the Date” flyer below for our annual Independence Gala scheduled for august 1st, 2026 @7:00 PM at the Hilton City Avenue. These events help support Team Jamaica Bickle fundraising and promotional activities . Thank you for supporting such a worthy cause.

On hand to witness Mayor Kenney signing the Executive Order were colleagues representing several countries including Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Trinidad and Tobago, and Haiti.
